How it Began
The foundation of the National Institute for Healthy Relationship was laid in 2015 when the founder, Beth Lofstrom, opened her solo private practice. Ten years, and thousands of changed lives later, she moved back to her home state, Minnesota, with a passion to help more people. The Insitute was born.
Beth brought Whole Human Therapy (TM) with her. Grown from effective brain-based approaches, combined with personality psychology, and the latest in trauma treatment, she developed the methods in her solo practice. Clients had such excellent results, she knew it needed to be multiplied.
You'll find Whole Human Therapy accessible, with memorable concepts, and actionable exercises that truly move the needle in real life. No matter what else has gone on prior to finding NIHR, we're here to help you meet upir goals. You'll find all of your relationships will improve.
Every clinician receives training in WHT. You can expect compassionate, skilled care to help you meet your goals in relationship. That's going to improve your life in every area.
What Methods?
Whole Human Therapy™ (WHT) works with the whole person—not just thoughts, feelings, behaviors, symptoms, or a diagnosis. Whether alone or with a partner, it begins with understanding how you are naturally made, the patterns you’ve developed, and what may be keeping you stuck.
WHT helps people see themselves and their mate accurately, understand themselves and their mate deeply, and accept themselves and one another on the the level of personhood. Not all behavior is great for relationship or even for an individual. Still there's a reason you're showing up that way. WHT doesn't simply make sense of the why or how, this method builds the capacity to face any challenge life provides.
Our goal is not a perfectly balanced or perfected person in a perfect relationship. It's a Whole Human in satisfying relationship with self and others. You'll see. Book a consult call with the BOOK NOW button and ask all your questions. Or schedule that first session.
